Your photo will appear everywhere there's a profile photo circle in Microsoft 365. To add your profile photo to Microsoft 365 for business Find a photo you want to use and store it on your computer, OneDrive, or other location you can get to. The photo needs to be smaller than 4 MB and can be a.png, jpg, or.gif file. In your composing email, place the cursor where you will insert the image inline, and click Insert Pictures. In the Insert Picture dialog box, please open the folder containing the image you will insert inline, select the image, and click the Insert button. To add an image to the business card, double click on the business card and click the Image button. Select an image and adjust the placement, the size, and alignment as needed. Business card images can be set as a background image. When you add a business card image to a contact, you'll see the business card image in the Business card view. If you’re prompted to sign in to Microsoft 365, click the pencil icon after you sign in, then select Upload photo to choose a photo. If you’re prompted to sign in Outlook Web App, click the Browse button after you sign in. Tip: Outlook can use.jpg.png.gif.bmp, or.tif photo file formats.
With Microsoft outlook 2010, you can add images to a contact form or to an electronic business card. If both the sender and the recipient use Outlook 2010 or 2007, a contact picture appears in e-mail messages when the sender includes a contact photo.
i. Add a picture
1. Go to Contacts, and you can either open the contact that you want, or go to [Home] tab -> [New] group -> click [New Contact].
2. [Contact] tab -> [Options] group -> click [Picture] and then click [Add Picture].

3. Locate the picture that you want to add, and then double-click the file name.
ii. Remove a picture
1. Open the contact that you want, go to [Contacts] tab -> [Options] group -> click [Picture],
2. Click [Remove Picture].
iii. Change a Picture
Repeat step 1 from previous section and then click [Change Picture].

Outlook, like all of the programs in Microsoft Office's productivity suite, can display a photo on your user profile. This one profile picture will appear in every Office program that displays your profile.
By default, it simply shows your initials, but you can change it to display any photo you like.
Note, however, that this only applies to Outlook on Windows computers. The Mac version of Outlook doesn't show your profile picture anywhere, and doesn't let you change it.

1. Open Outlook and sign in, and then click 'File' and then 'Office Account.' You should see your profile photo under 'User Information' on the left side of the window.

3. If there isn't a link there, then click 'Manage Account' on the right side of the window. This will open the Microsoft 365 website in a browser. You may need to sign in again.
4. Click your current profile picture at the top-right of the web page. You should see a larger version of it pop out.
